Complaints.
Complaints will be handled in a fair and confidential manner. If, for any reason, you have a complaint, please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

Our Guarantee.
Here at Classic Team Lotus we consider our customers to be extremely important to us and we are greatly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We promise to always take problems seriously and endeavour to correct them as soon as possible. If you do have any problems, suggestions or comments regarding our products or services please do not hesitate to contact us via the details above.

Order Processing.
If your item is not in stock, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short period of time until we can receive the out of stock item into our stock. We will keep you notified of any such activity.

Our customer service department will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will not be charged until the item is ready to be dispatched. Payment methods which Classic Team Lotus accepts are: VISA, Switch, Mastercard, SOLO, Electron, Maestro or JCB.

Delivery Charges. All delivery charges as Royal Mail and are calculated by weight. Delivery charges are at current UK European and Worldwide prices. Please contact us for more information. All orders will be despatched ASAP.

Returns & Refunds. It is the policy of Classic Team Lotus to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product, on arrival, not match your requirements, and is returned to us within 14 days, Classic Team Lotus will refund you in full less any postage charges. If your product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning an item, the Classic Team Lotus must be informed in writing, e-mail, letter or fax, detailing your order reference number and reason for return.

For faulty items the Classic Team Lotus will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. For larger items, Classic Team Lotus can arrange collection through its couriers. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Receipts & VAT.
All goods will be provided with a receipt, both e-mail and to the specified address. Any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible. Please contact us if you suspect your receipt to be incorrect

VAT All prices displayed in the various shopping sections are exclusive of VAT.

If you are ordering from outside the European Union (including the UK) you will be presented with an option to exempt yourself from VAT.

For European Union countries VAT will be charged at 17.5% at the checkout.

The VAT is separated and shown at the bottom of the receipt.

Credit Card Security.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted on the customer's computer when the order is placed and then stored securely on the Classic Team Lotus website using 128bit encryption. These details are only decrypted after they reach our office computer. They are not held in decrypted form on any Internet site. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

Privacy Policy.
The person responsible for privacy matter is Clive Chapman. We do not collect any information prior to reaching the checkout. At the checkout you will be asked to provide information in the online form, which is held on a web server.

This includes your Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail Address, Delivery Address (if Applicable) and your Credit Card Details (if Applicable). These details we consider essential in helping us supply your order ASAP.

Your e-mail address is required so that we can send confirmation of your order.

Personal records are only stored on our secure office computers for the duration of the order process. These computers are not permanently connected to the Internet.

We will never send unsolicited e-mail. Should you wish to view any information that we may hold on you, please write to us at the address detailed in the Contact Us section.

Any personal information is kept within Classic Team Lotus and is never passed on to third parties.

We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.
